Overview And Experience:
Mr. Brown is the co-founder and managing principal of Mobley | Brown, LLP. He co-founded the firm alongside fellow attorney and partner, Bryan A. Mobley. Over the last 20 years, he has represented clients in all types of cases, including:
Burglary, Assault and Battery, Auto Accidents, Drug Possession, Wrongful Death, DUI/DWI Violations, and Personal Injury
Mr. Brown began his career has a junior associate at the Law Office of Eileen A. Carpenter, P.A. While there, he represented Baltimore City police officers that were accused of police brutality, excessive force, and false arrest. This proved to be invaluable trial experience for him. Mr. Brown lives in Anne Arundel County, Maryland with his wife and three children. He is a member of the Father’s Auxiliary of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Arundel Bay Area Chapter.

Overview and Experience
Bryan Mobley, co-founder of Mobley | Brown, LLP, began his career in August of 1994 as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Joseph H.H. Kaplan in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Before partnering with Mr. Brown, Mr. Mobley practiced law on his own from 1994-2004. He is an experienced counselor who has tried many cases to verdict in District and Circuit Courts all throughout Maryland. Mr. Mobley has substantial experience in many different areas, including:
Personal Injury: Medical Malpractice, Auto Accidents, and Premises Liability
Civil Litigation: Police Civil Liability, False Arrest/Imprisonment, Assault and Battery, and Violation of State and Federal Rights

Overview and Experience
Tiffany is the case manager and notary public at Mobley | Brown, LLP. She is the first point of contact for all of our clients, and as such, she remains an integral person to our firm. Her competitive and enthusiastic personality lends itself to communicating empathetically with clients who find themselves in need of direction and comfort.
Tiffany enjoys working directly with prospective clients, building relationships that leave them feeling reassured they are in experienced hands and have absolute peace of mind. The wellbeing of our clients is her number one priority. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys cooking for her family, social functions, and events.
